I haven’t been to La Dolce Vita, but the owner sent me this description. I’ll post a profile and pics when I get the chance to make it over there to Arvada.
From the owner:
This coffeehouse, located in the heart of Olde Town Arvada, is a wonderfully relaxing place to hang and enjoy some great coffee.Fresh baked cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, cookies and sandwiches plus a large assortment of sodas and teas make this a complete experience for all to take part in. There’s live music on the weekends, local artists work hanging on the walls (changes monthly) and free wireless to partake in. Open seven days a week, 364 days a year (only closed Christmas Day), you can come by anytime. Check out the web site – http://www.ldvcoffee.com/ – for specific hours, music acts and menu items.

Steamers Coffeehouse in West Arvada. It’s in a community called the Village of Five Parks, just east of Indiana off of 86th.
EDIT: After all of the posts below, I wanted to get in there and check it out for myself, so we stopped by on Saturday morning. The owners have created a very warm atmosphere with cozy seating, a fireplace, nice lighting and local artwork on the walls. There are also books, board games, and free WiFi.
We ordered a hot chocolate (which was made from Ghiradelli sp? chocolate, NOT a mix, as the poster said below. Also had a latte, which was excellent, and ordered one of their sandwiches and a breakfast burrito, both of which were very good!).
The coffee is from Vail Mountain Coffee.
The coffeehouse itself is located in a newer neighborhood “town center.” I think this is a great neighborhood spot.
Hours (as of 2/13, as posted by the owner):
Monday – Friday 6am – 6:30pm
Saturday – Sunday 8am – 2pm
Steamers will be open later during the summer hours when the sun stays out longer and the weather is warmer.
